What we collect

• Account data: your Second Life avatar name and UUID, and an email address only if you choose to give one.
• Bot credentials: the login details of the bot avatars you host, stored encrypted.
• Payments: the L$ you send us, your balance, and a ledger of charges.
• Bot activity: the messages your bot receives and sends, and its logs, needed to run the service and to investigate abuse or faults.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs when you use this website.

How we use it

To run and bill for your bot, secure the service, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI processing

If you turn on AI conversation, the text of the messages your bot handles is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate replies.

Retention

Bot credentials are deleted within 30 days after your service ends. Billing records are kept as long as needed for accounting. Conversation logs are kept for a limited period for support and abuse handling.

Sharing

Only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, AI processing) or where the law requires it.

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask for deletion, by IM to Wiz Windsor in Second Life.
